We bow in gratitude, dear God, for the privilege of meeting together in friendship and fellowship. Make this a good hour. Instill in our hearts the spirit of humbleness and love, tempered with tolerance and understanding, that we may be a credit to ourselves, our professions, the faiths we profess, and the lives we live.
Be with each of us on this occasion and, when it is over, may we take away with us a feeling of closer relationship to Thee and to each other.
We ask in Thy Name.
